5. Type of Prints

This means, you will need to consider the types of documents you intend on printing. This includes, the paper size, the paper type, and style. If you plan on using it to print a variety of different sized documents, then you will need to find a model that is able to accommodate it. Finally, consider whether or not your company will need to purchase a model that prints in. Maintaining a colour printer may cost more, so you will want to consider if you need to use colour or can rely on black and white ink only.
